1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the PiipAi website and PiipAi software.

PiipAi is a cloud-based software solution designed to automate recruitment, workforce management, and business processes.

The website is intended for informational purposes only and does not provide account registration or login functionality.

By using the service, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.

2. Description of the Service

PiipAi provides tools for:

  • managing recruitment processes

  • managing employees and workflows

  • automating business processes
  • processing and analyzing data

PiipAi reserves the right to update, modify, or improve the service at any time.

3. User Account and Onboarding

User accounts are created within the PiipAi software environment after the service is activated.

After registration, users gain access to the software along with initial guidance for using the system.

Upon request, PiipAi offers new customers free onboarding training (1–6 hours), either as a group or individual session, to support effective use of the software.

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information

  • maintaining the security of their login credentials

  • all activities carried out under their account

4. Paid Services

PiipAi is a paid software service provided under selected subscription plans.

New users are offered a 30-day free trial period, during which the service can be used without commitment.

After the trial period, the service continues according to the selected subscription plan.

PiipAi reserves the right to change pricing and service terms.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel the service at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • access remains active until the end of the paid period

  • no refunds are provided for unused time, unless required by law

PiipAi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms or unlawful use of the service.

6. Data Protection

PiipAi processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for:

  • ensuring the legality of the data they provide

  • having the right to use and process such data

7. Liability

PiipAi is not liable for:

  • temporary interruptions of the service

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of data unless caused by intentional misconduct
8. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the PiipAi software, content, and services belong to PiipAi.

Users may not:

  • copy

  • distribute

  • modify

any part of the service without prior permission.

9. Changes to the Terms

PiipAi reserves the right to update these Terms of Use.

Changes will be published on the website and take effect upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
